Course Description
Delivered by experts with extensive experience owning and managing surf schools all over the world, this course will teach you how to more effectively and efficiently manage and operate your surf school or surf camp. All participants will receive a certification of completion for participating in the full course as well as valuable support and networking from a community of surf school experts.
The course is delivered virtually over three sessions in December 2024/January 2025:
- Session 1: Risk Management and Liability (December 17, 2024)
- Session 2: Roles, Employment, Company Culture (January 14, 2025)
- Session 3: Maximizing Value for your Surf School: Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Commercialization (January 28, 2025)
This first edition of the course is limited to 15 spots and offered at a 50% discount - $250 USD. Typical cost is $500 USD to participate in this 3-session course.
